The games are more instructive than Basic Games.
Find a friend who is willing to learn telepathy with you. Someone who you get on well with.
First we will try to create a connection between you and your friend. Either standing or sitting, have your friend place your left hand in their right hand. And then move your hand over your forehead. Stay in that position for a few minutes, and Breathe. Both you have your friend must breathe at the same time together. Use the energy breathing method together.
Energy Breathing. While your friend holds your left hand over your forehead. Take a deep breath, and as you breathe in, imagine light entering your head from their hand. As you breathe out, imagine light leaving your forehead and entering their hand. Now take your friends left hand with your right hand, and place their left hand over their forehead. You will both be holding each others left hand over each others forehead. Both of you breathe in and as you breathe in, imagine light moving from your hands into each other forehead. Hold your breath for a few seconds, and then breathe out, and as you breathe out imagine light leaving your forehead and entering your left hand. Keep doing this for 10 minutes until you feel like your both connected.
Now place each others left hand over right hand in a comfortable position as if you were both meditating with each other.
1. Get your friend to think of a Location in the room. Like a door, or stairs or a corner of the room. Open your mind and become passive. Get your friend to send the location into your feet, and they must also try to move your feet into the direction of the location. When you feel like your feet are being pushed or pulled towards a direction, move into the direction they are being directed to.
2. Get your friend to think of an object in the room. Like a tv, or table, or fireplace, or book shelf. Open your mind and become passive. Get your friend to send the direction of the object into your feet. They must try to move your feet into the direction of the object.
3. Get your friend to hide an object in the room. Like a tv remove, mobile phone, keys etc. Open your mind, and become passive. Get your friend to send the direction of the hidden object into your feet. When you feel like your feet are being pushed or pulled into a direction, move into the direction they are being directed to.
With Advanced games, you are learning to read a friends thoughts. Your friend is trying you control the movement of your feet. At the same time, your mind is also receiving the thoughts of your friend telling you which direction you should move into. Both you and your friend are willing to control each others mind. Swap over also. Where you become the person choosing the location or objects that need to be found.
When you start practicing this game, you will eventually understand it and how it works. It takes time to develop these skills. but in time you will develop.
